Download the game files Downloads (Adreno or Mali).
Note: check you device GPU by using software (AIDA64) or hardware specifications.
Install the APK. Important: open the game once to allow the system to generate the initial folder structure, then force close the application immediately.
Use a file manager to move the entire game data folder extracted exactly to the following directory (respect the lowercase letters):
Android/data/com.ea.games.r3_row/
Advanced: Shizuku Method
On Android 11+, standard file managers may be restricted. Use FV File Explorer or ZArchiver paired with Shizuku to gain elevated permissions and write directly into the /data/ folder.

Loss data risk
Without cloud synchronization, your progress is stored exclusively on the device. If you delete the data or the application, you will lose everything in an irreversible manner.
Your local saves are located within the doc folder in the path:
Android/data/com.ea.games.r3_row/files/doc/
